Applying is easier than you think.
Eligibility is based on age and household income, and rent is calculated to fit your budget. Applying for a loved one? You're welcome to handle the process on their behalf.

Complete the application
Pick one up at the office or ask us to mail it — we'll gladly fill it out with you, no computer needed.

Income verification
The office verifies household income (Social Security, pensions, etc.) to calculate your income-based rent.

Waitlist & move-in
If no unit is open you join the waitlist — we'll call when one comes available and schedule your move-in.
Documents to Bring
- Photo ID for all adult household members
- Social Security cards
- Proof of income (Social Security award letter, pension, etc.)
- Bank statements
- Current landlord or housing reference, if available
